A few details

  • Support on the Basic plan covers backups and security; the other plans cover anything site-related.
  • Training, phone, and Skype support are capped at about 2 hours/month so we can stay fair to every partner.
  • These plans are built for WordPress. Shopify stores use a similar framework — get in touch for specifics.
  • Hosting isn't included. Through our partnership with GreenGeeks, we can offer discounted hosting: $5/month for nonprofits, $10/month for other low to medium traffic websites.
  • Prices cover plugins needed for most websites. Specialized tools for specific functionality get discussed before any charge.
  • Prices and plans can change. Existing partners get at least 3 months' notice before any change applies.
  • Backup cadence on the Basic plan differs by client type: nonprofits get monthly backups; everyone else gets weekly.
